Starting therapy is a big step, and I know you’ve got questions.

Fees & Insurance

  • Sessions are $130 for 50 minutes.

  • I don’t currently accept insurance directly. However, if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

I also accept HSA and FSA cards as payment.

  • Yes. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need financial flexibility. These rates range from $75–$130 per session.

  • I invite clients to reflect on their financial circumstances and consider factors like income, family responsibilities, and intersecting identities that may impact access to care.

  • The Good Faith Estimate is a provision of the No Surprises Act, which was enacted in 2022 to protect people from surprise medical bills. All health care providers are required to provide private pay clients with the estimated cost of annual services prior to the start of services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate at any time.

Other Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer virtual or in-person therapy?

Yes! I offer virtual therapy for clients across the state of Colorado, and I also provide in-person sessions in Fort Collins. Some clients prefer the flexibility of online sessions, while others feel more grounded meeting in person—we’ll talk about what works best for you.

How long are your sessions?

Sessions are generally 50 minutes. However, depending on your needs I can schedule longer sessions. We can discuss this during our initial call.

How often will we meet?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which helps us build momentum and establish trust together. As therapy progresses, we may shift to meeting every other week, depending on your goals and what feels most supportive for you. In the early stages, I don’t recommend spacing sessions further apart than every other week—this gives us the consistency we need to understand your situation and make meaningful progress. Therapy is always a collaborative process, and we’ll adjust the pace together as we go.

Do you only work with certain populations or specific issues?

Not at all! I welcome people from all walks of life and a wide range of lived experiences. While I have a deep passion for supporting folks through midlife changes, chronic illness/pain, grief, and trauma, I also value working with individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community and people of varying identities, ethnicities, and cultures who are looking for a safe, supportive place to land, heal, and grow.

Whatever you're navigating—you’re welcome here. And if you’re unsure whether therapy is the right next step, I’m always happy to connect and explore what support might look like for you.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

Totally okay. You don’t need a perfect explanation or a list of goals to begin therapy. Many people start because they just know something feels off. Part of our work is helping you name what’s going on—and what might help—together.

Still have questions?

The best first step is to schedule a free consultation call. This gives us a chance to talk briefly about what you’re looking for and see if it feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule a first session and go at a pace that works for you. I’d love to hear from you.
