Chronic Pain & Illness Therapy Group - Fall 2026 Cohort

Group Description

This upcoming fall, I will be co- facilitating a 8-week group for adults living with chronic pain, fatigue, and symptoms that haven't responded to the usual treatments. Combining neuroscience, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, we'll work on turning down the nervous system's alarm bells in the company of people who already understand, so you can finally start to build a kinder, more productive realtionship with your body.

Adults living in Colorado with neuroplastic symptoms, including fibromyalgia, migraine and headache, long COVID, IBS, POTS, chronic pain syndromes, back and neck pain, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), and others. You don't need a tidy diagnosis to belong here. Every group begins with a free assessment, so we can make sure it's a good fit before you commit to anything.
